Finally, a number that’s right

Ask how much capacity you have tomorrow and you’ll usually get a formula: three jobs per tech for service, one or two for install, two to four for sales, depending on the season. It’s simple…and usually wrong.

Jobs aren’t all the same size. A water heater might take three hours; the next call might take one or four. Fixed job counts can leave techs working late or force you to turn away work you could have handled.

Capacity Board uses your actual ServiceTitan history, including how long your jobs take and the hours your techs have available. And at 2 PM, it measures the capacity you have left, not the capacity you started with.

A board per dispatch unit

Build a board per dispatch unit or team and watch the next three days at a glance. Dispatch, marketing and install each get their own, so nobody scans past units that aren’t theirs.

Grid, Cards or Calendar

Slots are sized on how long your jobs really take. Low-priority work counts as reschedulable; excluded job types don’t count at all. A free slot is one you can actually fill.

Weather with severe alerts

See the daily forecast, severe weather alerts, and when temperatures are unusually high or low for the time of year. You see the surge before the phones do.

Spot the hidden problems

Every refresh is kept, so for any past day the board still knows how booked it looked a week before, two days before, the morning of. A board tells you about today. Thirty days of that history tells you which of three problems you have, and they are three different people’s problems to fix.
